Both may be available. Each practitioner decides whether they offer remote sessions, in-person services, or both.

Can I find practitioners near me?

Yes. The Locations directory shows the locations represented by public practitioners on HexeGuild, alongside practitioners who work remotely.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Public areas can be browsed without an account. Some actions — such as purchasing, browsing the Bazaar, or using practitioner tools — require one.

Can I contact a practitioner before booking?

Yes. Where enabled, you can send an enquiry from a practitioner’s profile before deciding whether to book.

Does HexeGuild process payments?

HexeGuild supports payment flows for eligible features, such as paid bookings, paid scrolls and membership. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Does HexeGuild store my full card number?

No. Card details are entered on pages hosted by Stripe. HexeGuild does not receive or store your full card number.

Does HexeGuild record Mirror video sessions?

No. Mirror sessions use your camera and microphone only while the session is live, and sessions are not recorded.

Does HexeGuild sell personal information?

No. HexeGuild does not sell personal data.

Is HexeGuild a religious organization?

No. HexeGuild is a technology platform and marketplace supporting practitioners and seekers across a range of spiritual and esoteric traditions.

Does HexeGuild guarantee spiritual results?

No. HexeGuild does not guarantee outcomes from readings, rituals, consultations or other spiritual services.

Can practitioners sell writings or digital content?

Yes. Guild practitioners can publish free scrolls and offer selected scrolls as paid content — including guides, ritual material, spells, teachings and other permitted written works — which signed-in members purchase through Stripe.

Can practitioners sell physical products?

Yes. Guild practitioners can list physical wares in the Bazaar, such as handmade spiritual goods, tools, books, art and ritual items. Buyers send a purchase enquiry, and the buyer and seller arrange payment and delivery directly through HexeGuild messages.

Can practitioners offer services and products at the same time?

Yes. Depending on membership level, practitioners can combine services, writings, paid scrolls, events and physical wares within one HexeGuild presence.

What is Bazaar?

The Bazaar is HexeGuild’s area for practitioners’ physical wares. Signed-in members can browse it and send a purchase enquiry to the seller. HexeGuild does not take payment for Bazaar items or hold funds on anyone’s behalf.

What are paid scrolls?

Paid scrolls are writings or other digital content published by a practitioner and made available for purchase by signed-in members.

How do practitioners join?

Practitioners create an account, complete their profile, choose a membership level, and publish eligible offerings from their dashboard.

How much does HexeGuild cost?

Browsing is free, and practitioners can start with a free profile. Paid membership options add further tools — see Tiers & Seals for current plans and fees.

What happens if I have a problem with another user?

You can block other users, report profiles or content, and contact support. Reports are reviewed by HexeGuild moderators.
