Cookies and local storage are small pieces of information a website keeps in your browser. This page lists every one Hexe Guild uses on its own domain and why.

In short

  • Hexe Guild currently uses only necessary browser storage, to keep you securely signed in. There are no optional categories to manage.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, pixels or scripts.
  • Two optional troubleshooting switches for video sessions are listed under Diagnostic storage. Hexe Guild never sets them.
  • Hexe Guild does not sell personal data.

Necessary

Required for sign-in and account security, including signed-in payments. These cannot be switched off.

  • Authentication session

    Keeps you securely signed in and lets the server confirm your session on each request.

Diagnostic storage

Hexe Guild never sets these. Each exists only if you create it yourself in your browser — for example while troubleshooting a video session with our support team. They are not needed for normal use, so they are not part of the consent categories above. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

  • Video connection diagnostics

    A troubleshooting switch for video sessions. When turned on, connection diagnostics are written to your own browser’s developer console.

Third-party services

Some features rely on outside services. They do not set cookies on Hexe Guild's domain, but they may use their own cookies or storage on their own sites, under their own policies.

  • Stripe — Payments and practitioner payouts

    When you pay or set up payouts you are redirected to pages hosted by Stripe (Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect onboarding). Stripe may use its own cookies there, including for fraud prevention, under its own privacy policy. Hexe Guild does not load Stripe scripts on its own pages.

  • Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage

    Supabase provides our sign-in system and stores account data. Its authentication cookies are listed above as Necessary.

  • Google Fonts — Typefaces

    Some typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. These requests do not set cookies on Hexe Guild’s domain.

Managing your choices

You can review this list at any time in , also linked from the footer of every page and from Settings when you are signed in.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
